How Obama got elected

After this video, Zogby took a poll of a much wider sampling than the video.  The results were pretty much the same:

-94% of Obama voters identified Palin as the candidate with a pregnant teenage daughter.

-86% of Obama voters identified Palin spending $150,000 on clothes.

-86.9 % of Obama voters said that Palin said that she could see Russia from her “house” (she never said this).

-57.4% of Obama voters could not correctly say which party controls congress.

-82.6% of Obama voters could not correctly say Obama won his first election by getting opponents kicked off the ballot

-88.4% of Obama voters could not correctly say that Obama said his policies would likely bankrupt the coal industry and make energy rates skyrocket

-56.1% of Obama voters didn’t know that Obama started his political career at the home of Bill Ayers.

Nice to see we have such an educated electorate.  Also, much thanks to the main stream media for doing such a great job in investigative journalism and non-partisan reporting!

It is not new news that the majority of Americans are stupid. Plus, Zogby interviewed a whopping 512 people. That’s accurate…

I would like to know how many McCain voters didn’t vote for Obama because he was black and/or believed the allegations that he was a Muslim. Maybe we would know if Zogby would be willing to conduct a similar poll of McCain voters. Too bad he won’t.

This guy just doesn’t scream “credible” to me.

lol. Zogby not credible. Just about every news source quotes Zogby, their polls are utilized by major corporations, they have been in business for over 25 years and except for 2004, have pretty much nailed each election down to a few percentage points. I would call that very credible. Usually though, if folks don’t agree with someone (like Fox News for example) they try to discredit them. 512 is actually an average sampling of a specific demographic.

It would be nice if the main stream media would cover more of the Democrats faults, errors and such. Too bad they won’t.

  3. Dillon Sorensen Says:

Ah. Sort of like how you try to discredit the mainstream media by saying they are biased?

And I don’t care what you say, Fox News is NOT credible. Bill O’Reilly makes up BS every other day. Like saying that without Prop 8 a man can have 27 wives.

  4. Roland Says:

If you really want to believe that the majority of the media is not biased towards the Democrats, that’s your ignorance and would be a waste of time to try to show you example after example after example after example after example after example after example of how they are.

Credible and biased are two different things.

Also, O’Reilly is a jackass AND you really can’t use a show like that to say that a station is biased. Olberman, O’Reily, Hannity and others are COMMENTARY. Not news.

Besides, I never said Fox news is not right leaning. I don’t really care that they are since, the other 90% of the media is left leaning there really is no sense in debating it.
