Leave Obama Alone!

March 30, 2009

Big time Liberal, Alan Colmes, has a new article that pretty much whines and cries how we need to leave Obama alone.  Stop being so critical of him.  Let him do his job.

Oh, please.  Give me a break.  Hey, Alan, where were you when the press piled on Bush night after night after night after night after night?  Oh, he addresses this in his article and states:

“don’t let our bad behavior be a blueprint for your own.”

Sorry Alan.  It just doesn’t work that way.  You can’t do one thing then turn around when your guy is in office and say “Yeah, what we did was bad so don’t do it yourself!” because we all know that you will turn right around and do it again once a Republican is back in office.   In fact, you’re doing it right now with every other Republican that is holding office.

He goes on in this article saying things like:

“I’m not suggesting we shouldn’t hold our government officials accountable…”

No, actually you ARE saying that Alan.  In fact, I am hearing many Democrats say that same thing in newspapers, on TV and callers to local radio shows.  They are crying and whining (much like many of the Liberals do here) on how we just need to let him do his job.  No, like ANY person who holds office, we must ask questions then question answers.  This goes for anything they do.  Whether it is something as asinine as the Patriot Act or  the stimulus bill.   When we don’t, we end up with more and more Govco controlling our lives.

All this whining and crying reminds me of Liberal college professors.  Get over it! Let’s get another moratorium on whining!

More Wussification

March 30, 2009

Yes, it continues.  I have wrote about this here  and here  and here  and here and here but, you know.  It never stops.  Now, in a school in CT, there is to be no more physical contact of any kind.  What a bunch of BS.  I’ve said it before and I will say it again, this is what you get when you let Liberal weenies run things.

AIG Bonuses

March 25, 2009

Can someone please tell me what the problem here is?

World Leaders

March 24, 2009

So, it seems that Obama doesn’t know who the President of France is.  Now, remember when Palin was grilled on world leaders?  I wonder if the press will pick up on this and make it front page.  Yeah, and Al Gore might finally admit defeat in 2000.

Obama rips the Special Olympics

March 20, 2009

Obama sure does miss that teleprompter!!  On Leno tonight he made fun of the Special Olympics:

Speaking on his bowling skills the President remarked how he bowled a 129.  “That’s very good, Mr. President,” Leno said.   It’s “like the Special Olympics or something,” the president said.

How in the world is our favorite liberal professor going to spin this one?  I mean, this is the same college professor who made fun of Bush on every single mistake he made.  I have no doubt though, that spin it he will.  Then again, this is also the same college professor who claimed he was proud of voting for Joe Biden (cue laugh track).

March 18, 2009

Senator Chuck Schumer:

“My colleagues and I are sending a letter to [AIG CEO Edward] Liddy informing him that he can go right ahead and tell the employees that are scheduled to get bonuses that they should voluntarily return them. Because if they don’t, we plan to tax virtually all of it. He should tell his employees that if they don’t give the money back, we’ll put in place a new law that will allow us to tax these bonuses at a very high rate so it is returned to its rightful owners, the taxpayers. So for those of you who are getting these bonuses be forewarned, you will not be getting to keep them.”

Actions and Consequences

March 15, 2009

Typical.  Liberal Democrats are looking to investigate a Sheriff in AZ for enforcing immigration laws and arresting, detaining and deporting illegal aliens.

Wonder when we will see the hand wringing from many activist groups and others on how awful this is.  Imagine that….there being an actual consequence to your actions.

The sky is NOT falling

March 13, 2009

So, now Obama is saying the Economy is “not as bad as we think”.  Huh.  A little over a month ago Obama was running around claiming the sky was falling.  He said:

“A failure to act, and now (on the bill), will turn crisis into a catastrophe.”

What happened in one month to change his tune so much?  It’s easy.  It’s his falling poll number and the fact that his stimulus bill was passed.  Do you really think, if Obama had come out a month ago and said “It’s not really as bad as you think” that the bill would have been passed? No way!  What a joke.

Oh, by the way, I wonder if the quote above, that it’s not as bad as we think”, will get as much air play as the Bush one “the foundations of our economy are strong.”  For some odd reason, probably not.

Nice Gift Obama!

March 10, 2009

Did you hear about the gift exchange between the UK Prime Minister and Obama?  Gordon Brown, on his first official visit to the Obama White House, presents the President with 1. a pen holder carved from wood of an old British anti-slavery ship and, 2. a first edition of a biography of Churchill.  Very nice.  What did Obama give Brown?  A DVD box set of the 25 greatest American movies.

Can you say joke?  Gaffe?  Idiotic?  Imagine if Bush had did this…the late night comics and main stream media would have shredded him and pointed out that it proves he is a dope but Obama does it and you hear hardly a peep.

When are we going to start hearing about what an idiot Obama is?  I mean, compared to Obama, Bush is a rocket scientist.

Economy is Obama’s

March 3, 2009

The WSJ has a great article on how Obama is running out of people to blame as the market drops more and more points each day.

It’s true and you really would have a difficult time trying to pin the current drop on Wall Street to Bush (although, I am sure Mark Elrod will find a way).  Every time one of Obama’s advisers talks about the economy or every time the Liberals pass another spending bill or whenever Obama talks about what he is going to do (such as tax the rich and business), the market tanks.

Take a look at the article and I look forward to your responses.
