John Kerry on the Scott Brown rallies:
“I’m no stranger to hard fought campaigns, but what we’ve seen in the past few days is way over the line and reminiscent of the dangerous atmosphere of Sarah Palin’s 2008 campaign rallies. This is not how democracy works in Massachusetts.”
Really? How does Democracy work then Senator Kerry?

Admittedly, Brown’s campaign was a bit much. He really should have been campaigning against his opponent, instead of Obama.
And also admittedly, Obama really shouldn’t have campaigned against a senate candidate, that kind of undermines the separation of powers. Not that he cares.

Well, his opponent really WAS Obama in every sense but I see your point.
The thing about the Brown victory is that he didn’t win…Democrats lost. The GOP should not think this a referendum for them as much as it is against Obama.
