Actually she’s been Speaker for two years. And Congress always has a lower approval rating than Presidents do. And Republicans in Congress have lower ratings than congressional Democrats do.

Presidents always get more attention than Congress. Did Bob Livingston’s affair get as much media attention as Clinton’s? Or even Newt Gingrich’s? I think not. Must have been that media bias I’ve heard so much about.

The media isn’t interested in Presidents breaking laws (see, 2000-2008). They were interested in it because it involved a President and a penis.
