BARACK OBAMA:
“There are things that you can do individually though to save energy; making sure your tires are properly inflated, simple thing, but we could save all the oil that they’re talking about getting off drilling, if everybody was just inflating their tires and getting regular tune-ups. You could actually save just as much.”
Thanks Obama!! Finally we have someone who understands our energy problem. With his brains and the rest of the brilliant Democratic party backing him, how can we lose?

Do we have to go through this again? Remember back in 1994 after the Oklahoma City bombing when Bill Clinton blamed talk radio for this act of terrorism? Well, it seems the press is jumping on board for this go around. Check out this article from the Knoxville News. The headline states all the biased you need for the day:
Bill O’Reilly, Michael Savage, Sean Hannity on accused shooter’s reading list
Then this from the article:
Inside the house, officers found “Liberalism is a Mental Health Disorder” by radio talk show host Michael Savage, “Let Freedom Ring” by talk show host Sean Hannity, and “The O’Reilly Factor,” by television talk show host Bill O’Reilly.
You know, I’m not a fan of any of those guys but still, come on!! It’s quite funny that there are still people out there who don’t believe the majority of the media is biased towards Liberals. Do we really need to know what books were in his house and the specific authors? What a load of BS. It’s yet another attempt to blame everyone BUT the person who pulled the trigger.
Can we get a moratorium on the blame game, especially the “Conservative talk radio is hate speech” kind?

Neal Boortz on Obama:
“Remember that “citizen of the world” stuff he spewed in Berlin? And this is a good thing? I don’t need a president who can “unify” the world or identifies as a “citizen of the world.” I want a president whose absolute number one priority is protecting this country and promoting American, not world values. I want a president who is tuned in to the American voter, not a the wishes and desires of the man-on-the street in Berlin. I want a president who is willing to make the hard choices for his country. America does not need a transnational president, it needs an American president.”

Obama:
“I come to Berlin as so many of my countrymen have come before. Tonight, I speak to you not as a candidate for President, but as a citizen – a proud citizen of the United States, and a fellow citizen of the world.”
If you are not there as a candidate then what the hell are you doing there?

Check out the headline of this story from USA Today:
Republican National Committee airs anti-Obama ads
The leftist media is nothing is not subtle. Nothing like getting that nice negative word “anti” out there. It’s the same when the GOP runs ads and they call them “attack ads” but when the Dems run them they are “insightful” or “hard hitting”.
Typical.
But, just let Fox News do something and the the world is coming to an end.

Question:”If you had to do it over again, knowing what you know now, would you support the surge:”
Obama: “No, because keep in mind that question, you wouldn’t … but keep in mind that kind of hypothetical is very difficult to know hindsight is 20-20 … later … but I think that what I’m absolutely convinced of is that at that time we had to change the political debate because the view of the Bush administration at that time was one that I just disagreed with.”
What???

Townhall has a good article today by Austin Hill on what if Obama loses. I have been thinking along these lines as well. I firmly believe that if he does lose (which I don’t see) that first, the media and the left will come out swinging with statements such as “This proves that America is still racist” or “People still cannot get past the color issue.” Secondly, I believe that the left will incite another “stolen election” campaign. They have been whining about the GOP stealing elections since 2000 (even when the majority of voter fraud found is by the Dems). Third, due to the first and second issues, there will be riots and protest marches in several major cities. Forth, there will be a full scale investigation by both the Congress and by the U.N. backed, in no small way, by the Democratic party.
With the left stirring the pot, I can’t really see this playing out any other way.

ECP for short. These are the folks who cannot operate a simple device within the allotted time.
ATM: After waiting for 5 minutes you just want to say “Hey! Give me your card, what is your code? How much money do you want?”. Either that or there should be a time limit of 60 seconds. After that, the machine takes your card forever.
Microwaves: Popcorn, covering, right time
VCR/DVD: How hard is it? It’s one thing if you’re lazy, quite another if you just can’t figure it out.
Self-checkout
Any more?

Some more good quotes from Queen Nancy:
“You know, God bless him, bless his heart, president of the United States, a total failure, losing all credibility with the American people on the economy, on the war, on energy, you name the subject,”
“The president of the United States, with gas at $4 a gallon because of his failed energy policies, is now trying to say that is because I couldn’t drill offshore,”
Gee, haven’t YOU been Speaker of the House for the past four years? Haven’t YOU and your party had the majority in congress for two years? Nancy, what have YOU done to bring gas down? What have YOU and your party done for the economy (besides Chuckie causing a run on IndyMac bank)? Why is the rating of Congress at an all time low? Even LOWER than the President’s!
